Christopher Adam Daughtry was born in 1979 in North Carolina. He was in a band called Cadence in high school and played with other bands after graduation. Daughtry audtioned for Rock Star: INXS but did not make the show. Chris Daughtry did, however, make the cut in American Idol. He made it all the way to the final four on the show. His first solo album produced five hits, including the top tens "It's Not Over" and "Home." | ||
